A premium, reusable, general-purpose stencil material. Ultra-Cut II is a clay-coated polyethylene bonded to our ultra-removable/repositionable light-tack adhesive which is applied to a heavy backing. This 8.5-mil semi-rigid plastic is impervious to inks, paints and stains. Ultra-Cut II™ stencils easily outlast traditional stencil board and the surface coating prevents smears and runs commonly found with most plastic stencils while the adhesive contact produces extremely high-quality stencil images.

This synthetic stencil board material is a high-density, 10-mil, opaque plastic, attached to a heavy backing. SSB-Cut™ is completely impervious to absorption of liquids and is surface-coated to prevent runs. This synthetic stencil board can be applied and used repeatedly and offers a modern alternative to oil-soaked card stock.

A polyester (Mylar® type) material which produces superior paint masking; holds tightly, yet releases clean. Made of 3-mil matte polyester bonded to our ultra-removable/repositionable light-tack adhesive on a kraft backing. Poly-Cut™ is popular for glass etching, paint masking, epoxy-stencil marking and any masking project where sharp, clear and non-stretched lines are required.

A polyester (Mylar® type) material for small-character stencils (under 1/4") and fine-detail cuts. Produces superior paint masking; holds tightly, yet releases clean. Made of 3-mil matte polyester bonded to our ultra-removable/repositionable light-tack adhesive on a clear backing. A 5-mil clear (Mylar® type) polyester on a heavy kraft backing with BR3 adhesive. After cutting, Clear-Cut 5B™ is easily-released and removes adhesive-free, making a long-lasting, durable and cleanable stencil. Clear-Cut 5B™ will remove without curl and remain flat for as long as you keep the stencil.

Slightly more durable than 5B, this 7-mil clear (Mylar® type) polyester material comes on a heavy kraft backing with BR3 adhesive. After cutting, Clear-Cut 7B™ is easily-released and removes adhesive-free, making a long-lasting, durable and cleanable stencil. Clear-Cut 7B™ will remove without curl and remain flat for as long as you keep the stencil. Comes on a 6" core.

A unique combination of magnetic vinyl, as used for magnetic vehicle signs. With a heavy backing, Mag-Cut™ adhesive holds the magnetic vinyl in place while the cuts are made; when cutting is complete, the stencil is easily peeled from the backing, leaving the waste and adhesive on the backing. This leaves you with a clean, adhesive-free magnetic stencil for ferrous metal surfaces. Mag-Cut™ material is an excellent reusable stencil material ideal for railcars, transformers, drums, and large steel containers. Comes on a 6" core.

This highly-conformable stencil and masking material is constructed of a 3.2-mil, matte-surface, calendered vinyl with our ultra-removable/repositionable adhesive, on a heavy paper liner. VMask™ produces stencils and masks which can conform to sharp changes in surface contour, such as the rivets on the skin of an aircraft, or in the angles forced by sharp metal turns. VMask™ is unique in that it can be used for stenciling, with or without transfer tape, for true paint masking.

Vinyl Intermediate marking film for signs, lettering, graphics and decals. Constructed of 3.2-mil calendered vinyl, this material has a semi-gloss surface and high-performance, permanent adhesive, on a strong paper liner. With a five to six-year outdoor durability, superior cutting and weeding properties, Pro-Color™ is the material of choice for many sign, lettering and decal applications. Available in 20 standard colors.

Constructed of 2-mil cast vinyl, with a high-gloss surface on a durable paper backing. Ultra-Color™ has a permanent adhesive which is applied to a strong carrier. Ultra-Color™ materials meet and exceed state and federal requirements and have a six to eight-year outdoor durability. This ultimate-performance vinyl makes the grade for strong adhesion, long duration, high conformability and attractive appearance. Available in more than 50 colors.
